week????

sooo i've been doing pretty good using the wii fit, about 4 times last week for 30min each time, and i went on a 6mi bike ride with mom and i walked the bridge this morning! also, i really need new shoes for to walk the bridge in! that was my first time walking it, but it was really pretty cool and i look forward to continuing to make that a habit a couple times a week. i've been on a kind of lose 2lb, gain one back cycle this week because my weight fluctuates so much daily, but over all there's a downward trend of about 5 or 6 pounds i think. i'm under 170 now! so yeah! still drinking too much i'm sure (saturday was just disgusting) but working out and eating more fruits and veggies has got me feelin pretty good so far. keep up the good work everyone!
